Condominium Pricing & Accessibility Notice
Condominium pricing generally applies to attached units with limited exterior inspection responsibilities. Detached condominiums are priced according to our standard residential inspection schedule. Townhouse-style and villa-style properties may require residential pricing depending on the inspection scope.
Wind Mitigation and 4-Point inspections are subject to property accessibility, configuration, and availability of required documentation.
If neither insurance inspection can be completed, the $100 Complete Condo upgrade fee will be refunded. If either insurance inspection can be completed, the full upgrade fee applies.

Construction Package Terms
Both construction packages require payment in full at booking.
Clients are responsible for coordinating inspection scheduling as construction progresses. Scheduling requirements, missed construction phases, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the inspection agreement.
Construction phase inspections are independent evaluations and do not replace required municipal or building department inspections.
